碳纖維加固膠一些重要的操作要點：

(1)施工環境通風干燥必不可少，粘貼面潔凈是最基本的操作要求、打磨要粗糙徹底，油污的地方要用清水清洗干凈。

(2)使用前必須觀察好環境、實際溫度和熟悉工藝條件才能進行膠的試驗調制，才能確定最佳配置比例。

(3)為使甲、乙兩組分能夠混合均勻，最好采用機械攪拌為好。

(4)必要時用底膠和修補膠對混凝土表面先進行涂抹和修補處理，然后必須等到膠液初凝后才能進入下一道工序。

(5)碳纖維加固膠的使用量要保證充足、飽滿，使用滾筒刷等合適工具沿碳纖維布同一方向反復滾壓直到膠液充分滲出表面，這么做是為了去除氣泡，使碳纖維布能充分浸潤膠液。
